These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter the “GTCU”) govern all relations between the company CHAMPIONS MIND, a simplified joint-stock company with a single shareholder (SASU) with a capital of 10,000.00 Euros, registered with the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under number 944 581 206, whose registered office is located at 39 Rue du Docteur Kurzenne 78350 Jouy-en-Josas (hereinafter “CHAMPIONS MIND” or “the Seller”), and any natural or legal person visiting or making a purchase via the website champions-mind.com (hereinafter “the Site”).

CHAMPIONS MIND offers training and learning services, and the provision of all services and consultancy services of any nature whatsoever. These Terms and Conditions are accessible at any time on the Site and will prevail over any other version or any other contradictory document.

The fact that a user places an order on the Site implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The user acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the specific conditions of sale stated on screen (name, price, components, weight, quantity, color, specific features of the products, etc.) and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.

Article 1: Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of services offered by CHAMPIONS MIND to users of the Site.

CHAMPIONS MIND offers training, learning, consulting, and other services on its Website. The main features of the services are presented on the Website. The user is required to read them before placing any order.

Article 3: Price

The prices of the services are indicated in Euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). CHAMPIONS MIND reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing on the Site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the user.

Article 4: Order

To place an order, the user must follow the following steps:

1. Select the desired service(s) and add them to the basket.
2. Validate the basket.
3. Log in or create an account if the user does not have one.
4. Choose the payment method.
5. Confirm the order and proceed to payment.

Confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions and forms the contract. CHAMPIONS MIND will confirm the order by email to the email address provided by the user.

Article 5: Payment terms

Payment is made online using the payment methods accepted on the Site. Payment is secure. The order will only be considered effective after full payment has been received.

Article 6: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the user has a period of fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. If the execution of the service has begun before the end of the withdrawal period, at the express request of the user, the latter will no longer be able to exercise his right of withdrawal.

Article 7: Liability

CHAMPIONS MIND undertakes to provide services diligently and in accordance with best practice. However, CHAMPIONS MIND shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure or unforeseeable and insurmountable acts of a third party. CHAMPIONS MIND shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, including service interruptions, external intrusions, or the presence of computer viruses.

Article 8: Intellectual property

All elements of the Site, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks, or patents. They are the exclusive property of CHAMPIONS MIND.
